Bed & Breakfast
Receptions
Your
package includes:
Use of the inn, barn, and grounds for your
event
A two-night stay for the bride and groom. Package price
depends on the room chosen.
Use of up to 120 chairs and 16 60" round
tables
(You may rent
additional chairs and tables)
Two nights in a second guest room. The bathroom will be
made available to wedding guests during the event and the room
will be available to the bridal party for preparation.
Set-up starting two days before your
event
A personal assistant provided by the inn who can help
advise and coordinate your event
In addition to the
following fees, couples are required to book all the rooms at the
inn for two nights. Rooms range from $175-$225 per night mid-week to
$199-$249 per night on weekends. Two rooms will be included in your
package. Often, family and friends will pay for their own rooms, so
the cost of these rooms is not included in the package cost. The inn
has eight guestrooms. Most rooms hold 3-4 guests.
Rates
for 100 Guests--please inquire about larger or smaller weddings and
receptions. Package Rates are based on the bride and groom's room
choice.

Bed
& Breakfast Weddings
If you are
holding your reception at the inn, you may have your wedding in the
same venue at no extra cost. If you would like to have your wedding
at a different location on the bed and breakfast property, there is
a $200 set-up fee for the second location.
If you
are not having a reception at the inn, you may still have your
ceremony on the property.
Wedding Package without Reception
Package includes:
Two-night stay at the
inn for the bride and groom

Rehearsal up to two days
before the event
A personal event assistant will work with you to
help with planning
Couples who book the inn for weddings
& commitments without receptions are not asked to rent all the
rooms at the inn. However, common areas will need to be shared with
other inn guests.

Rates range from $900 for 20 guests to $2150 for 150
guests

Sunday
Rates range from
$1025 for 20 guests to $3000 for 150 guests
