1 PM Tour focusing on Lincoln's famous visit to Gettysburg when he delivered the Gettysburg address. Visit the Soldier's National Cemetery. Hear the stories about how the cemetery was conceived and how President Lincoln came to speak at the Dedication Ceremony.
This Saturday walking tour of Lincoln's Gettysburg is led by Lincoln historian Roy Frampton including the paths of the National Cemetery.
Saturday evening enjoy a fine dining experience at the historic Dobbin House with President Lincoln as depicted by James Getty, nationally renowned Lincoln impersonator.
You will be personally introduced to President Lincoln as you go through the receiving line when you arrive. Each dining table has an empty seat for the President. During dinner, President Lincoln moves from table to table, engaging guests in a fascinating conversation about topics from the 19th Century. You will come to believe that Jim Getty channels President Lincoln. You will feel like you have really met the President. After dinner, President Lincoln addresses the crowd and delivers his famous Gettysburg Address.
