A full breakfast comes with every stay Usually we have a first course of Fruit and Baked Goods The second course has a main breakfast Entrée, Breakfast Meat, and Potatoes served with orange juice, coffee, and tea We adapt the menu for special needs and your tastes. Just tell us what you need Here are some examples fo typical breakfasts. We serve these on different days. How about a first course of Orange sections in orange-cream sauce with cream cheese pecan pastry Or poached pears and raisin rum muffins Or apple cobbler with whipped cream topping Or a glazed flower pot filled with crisp minted melon chunks and served with applesauce muffins Followed by a main course of Heart-shaped pancakes with bacon, fried eggs and farm potatoes Or apricot French toast with kielbasa slices and farm potatoes Or yummy frittata with Italian Sausage and farm potatoes Or raspberry cream crepes with ham and farm potatoes. Yes! You'll love our potatoes! And of course, orange juice and plenty of coffee and tea. Afternoon Lemonade and Home-baked Cookies Special Diets? Please let us know about your special needs when you check in. We can accommodate most special diets by request. Bringing children? We always have cereal available for fussy eaters. We try to accommodate the needs of our younger guests without intruding on the experience of our get-away couples.
