Wedding Package Rates
$3100 for Wedding Package up to 140
guests
Wedding package includes:
Use of the barn and grounds for your event.
If all of the rooms at the inn are booked by the wedding
party, all of the common areas of the inn may be used.
If
the wedding party does not book the inn, the use of common
areas of the inn shall be restricted to those guests who are
renting rooms at the inn.

The tables will be set up according to
directions given in advance or with the assistance of the
bridal party. A sketch of the layout shall be available at
least 30 days in advance to assure that the tablecloths are
available for all necessary tables. Bridal party will do all
the decorating. If the inn staff is asked to set up beyond
tables and chairs, there will be an additional fee of $300.

The wedding party must rent the entire farmhouse

Rooms Held

These rooms will be held for guests to
book directly.
Rooms held but not booked by guests will be
the responsibility of the wedding party.
