Solarium Wedding Package
Picture yourself walking down the aisle of our beautiful wedding garden. You say, “I do,” and start taking pictures on our picturesque property while your guests head up to cocktail hour on the deck. The DJ will announce your entrance as you join your guests in the Solarium for en evening of dinner and dancing that you will remember forever.
Use of the Solarium Venue, Solarium Deck, Wedding Garden Pergola and our grounds for your ceremony and a delicious dinner by your choice of local caterer.
Access for set-up the day before your event.
Ceremony rehearsal and venue space for a rehearsal dinner by your choice of caterer.
A two-night stay in Anna’s Garden and Houghtelin’s Hideaway guest rooms including a delicious breakfast. The Anna’s Garden and Houghtelin’s Hideaway rooms may be used as a preparation and dressing room. The wedding party my also stay overnight in these guest rooms.
A DJ for four hours of your ceremony and reception
Reception & ceremony tables and chairs, as well as tables for the buffet, gifts, cake, and guest book.
Plenty of parking
The Inn will be responsible for the set-up and take down of any tables, table cloths, and chairs that the Inn provides. Wedding party will do all additional decorating.
Booking rooms for guests (two-night minimum)
The Anna’s Garden and Houghtelin’s Hideaway is included in the Solarium package for two nights.
If your guests will require overnight accommodations, you may book both the Swan Cottage and/or the ten-room Farmhouse for your guests. Booking additional guest rooms is not required. Saturday night stays have a two-night minimum.
If you do not want to pay for all of the rooms for your guests, we will be happy to hold the guest rooms so that your friends and family can book their own rooms directly.
The wedding party must rent all the guest rooms farmhouse if they would like to use the parlor or dining room for wedding functions.

Ceremony should start no later than 5 PM to allow at least five hours for the ceremony and reception.
Outdoor amplified music must be turned off at 10 PM. This is a local ordinance and cannot be waived. If there are outside guests staying in the bed and breakfast, Solarium music must be turned off by 9 PM.
Alcohol must be served responsibly and legally by a certified bartender. Wine, beer, and up to 2 signature cocktails are permitted. We do not allow open bars or straight hard liquor.
WELCOME PICNICS and Good-bye Brunches
Additions to the basic wedding and reception package are available for an additional cost.
Rates for additional activities are dependent on the number of guests, complexity of set-up, and duration of the activity. Please ask for a quote if you are interested in adding these activities to your event.
