Ingredients for Dutch Honey Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Butter

Pumpkin Pancakes:

Sift dry ingredients (e.g. flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, etc.) together in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients (e.g. milk, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and pumpkin puree) together in a separate bowl. Combine both bowls of wet and dry ingredients and mix together. Heat griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Spoon batter onto hot griddle or frying pan and cook pancake until lightly browned.

Dutch Honey Syrup:

Mix all ingredients together. Warm mixture slowly on low heat. Then boil on low until mixture begins to thicken like a maple syrup. You should boil the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot over pumpkin pancakes.
