Named in honor of Pennsylvania’s founder, William Penn, this room celebrates the history and legacy of a colony established as a haven for religious freedom. Penn, a Quaker persecuted in England, envisioned Pennsylvania—Penn’s Woods—as a place of tolerance and opportunity. Battlefield Bed and Breakfast is located within the boundaries of the Manor of Maske, one of five personal manors granted to William Penn as repayment of a debt owed to his father.
Located on the second floor, this room features a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A cathedral-beamed ceiling, exposed stone wall, and historic ambiance create a warm and inviting retreat.
